Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND RESCHEDULING Individual coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being considered used and may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. Any refund or credit eligibility will be determined according to the terms of the service purchased and any applicable written agreement. NO-SHOWS AND MISSED SESSIONS Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Failure to attend a session without timely cancellation will be considered a no-show. No-shows and missed sessions are not eligible for a refund, credit, or makeup session unless otherwise approved in writing by Clear Direction Coaching. Clear Direction Coaching reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a coaching session, class, workshop, program session, or other service when reasonably necessary. When possible, affected clients or participants will be notified and provided with information regarding the rescheduled date, replacement session, credit, refund, or other available option. If Clear Direction Coaching permanently cancels a paid service or offering without providing the purchased service or a reasonable replacement, any applicable refund or credit will be handled according to the terms applicable to that service or offering.
