Together, we'll identify the area of support that best aligns with your needs and determine whether Clear Direction Coaching is the right next step. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND RESCHEDULING Discovery calls may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may require the client to schedule a new discovery call. Because discovery calls are complimentary, they have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits. NO-SHOWS AND MISSED SESSIONS Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled discovery call. A client who does not attend and has not canceled or rescheduled within the permitted timeframe will be considered a no-show and may be required to schedule a new appointment. Clear Direction Coaching reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a coaching session, class, workshop, program session, or other service when reasonably necessary. When possible, affected clients or participants will be notified and provided with information regarding the rescheduled date, replacement session, credit, refund, or other available option.
