Hi, I’m Tanya Johnson, a leadership coach, educator, entrepreneur, speaker, and nonprofit founder with 4 decades of professional experience spanning corporate America, education, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership.

My professional journey has taken me through both the public and private sectors, including 15 years across corporate America and 21 years as a middle school mathematics educator. These experiences have shaped the way I coach, communicate, and help people navigate real-world challenges.
